Terms and Conditions (public offer)
1. Who provides the service
The service is provided by an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, email support@trasahub.com, website https://trasahub.com. Referred to below as "we", "the platform".
Full registration details (legal name, address, tax ID) will be published here before payments start being accepted; until then they can be requested at the contact email address.
The single point of contact for users and for authorities (Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065): support@trasahub.com. Languages of communication: Ukrainian, English.
2. What this service is and what it does not do
The platform is a board of listings about cargo and transport. We bring carriers and shippers together and charge for access to contact details.
We are not a party to the carriage contract, not a freight forwarder and not an agent of either side. We:
- do not verify that the cargo is real and do not guarantee that it exists;
- do not guarantee that the shipper will pay and that the carrier will arrive;
- do not take part in negotiations, do not hold money for the deal and do not settle disputes between users;
- do not guarantee that you will find cargo or a carrier.
The "Documents verified" badge means exactly what it says: we have looked at the documents the company submitted. It is not a warranty of its payment discipline and not a guarantee of a successful deal.
3. Who these terms are addressed to
The service is intended exclusively for business entities — legal entities and individual entrepreneurs operating in the field of freight transport. It is not intended for consumers, and consumer protection legislation does not apply to this relationship.
By registering, you confirm that you are acting in the course of your business activity and that you have authority to act on behalf of the company you are registering.
4. How the contract is concluded
This document is a public proposal to conclude a contract (a public offer) in accordance with Articles 633 and 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".
The contract is deemed concluded at the moment when you tick the consent box and click "Register". We record the time of your consent and the version of the documents you agreed to. Every manager you invite into the company gives consent separately and in the same way.
5. Account, company and team
The company, not the person, is the party to this contract. Registration creates your personal profile and a company in which you are the owner. Listings, the subscription, verification and the seat limit belong to the company.
Two permission levels. The owner manages all of the company's listings, the subscription and the composition of the team. A manager publishes on behalf of the company and manages only their own listings.
One login — one person. Passing your account credentials to other persons is prohibited. The number of people in a company is limited by the number of seats in your package; if you need more, the package is extended.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the actions taken under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Rules for publishing listings
A listing must be real and current. Publishing someone else's cargo without a mandate, publishing the same cargo as several listings, or publishing invented cargo in order to collect contact details is prohibited.
Mandatory fields: point of departure, point of destination, cargo type and price — the full amount for the trip. A "negotiable" price does not exist on the platform.
Contact details in free text are prohibited. A phone number, an email address or a link to a messenger in the "Comment" and "Cargo type" fields is a circumvention of paid access to contact details. Such listings are taken down, and the incidents are counted against the person who published them.
Confirmation that a listing is current. A listing is confirmed with the "Current" action no more than once a day. Without confirmation for seven days it automatically moves to the archive and disappears from search. This is not a sanction: the listing can be brought back.
Also prohibited: offering the carriage of cargo that is prohibited from circulation; using the platform to advertise third-party services; publishing offensive or untrue content.
7. Access to contact details
The contact details of the author of a listing are the phone number, the messenger marks on that number (Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram) and the author's name, as stated in their profile.
The author's email address is never revealed. It remains a login and an address for service messages.
Contact details are revealed only to companies with active access (a trial period or a paid subscription that is valid by date).
Two limits apply at the same time, over a 24-hour window:
| Limit | Applies to | Value |
|---|---|---|
| Package | company | 50 × the number of seats in the package |
| Protective | person | 50 |
Revealed contact details are shared within the company: if one manager has revealed a contact, the others see it without spending the limit again.
The limits apply without exception, including to our administrators.
Strictly prohibited: bulk exporting of contact details, collecting them by automated means, passing them on to third parties, reselling access, or compiling the platform's database into your own directory. A breach is grounds for immediate termination of access without a refund.
Automated collection of the platform's data (scraping, parsing, calls to internal endpoints bypassing the interface) is prohibited regardless of whether you have a subscription.
8. Subscription and payment
The trial period is 14 days from the moment of registration, with full access to contact details within the limits. An invited manager does not get a trial period of their own: they work under their company's subscription.
The unit of sale is a seat in a package. The limit is hard: active members plus pending invitations count as occupied. Using fewer seats than you bought is your right.
The currency is chosen once, at the first payment: hryvnia or euro. The currency can be changed only by cancelling the subscription and taking out a new one. Prices in hryvnia and in euro are set separately, not by conversion at an exchange rate.
Automatic renewal. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access is kept until the date paid for.
Refunds: money is refunded if access was not provided through our fault or if the law so provides. Payment for the unused remainder of a period where you cancel on your own initiative is not refunded, except in the cases provided for by law.
A change of prices takes effect no earlier than 15 days after notice and does not apply to a period already paid for.
Prices and tariffs are currently agreed individually with each client — payment is not yet automated. When a public pricing page appears, the link will be here. Your payment card details are processed by the payment provider; we neither see nor store them.
9. How listings are ranked
This section fulfils the requirement of Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1150. We describe the main parameters that determine which listings appear in the results and how they are ordered, and the reasons for the relative importance of those parameters.
By default the list is sorted by price. The reason is simple: a carrier chooses a trip by the money, and any other default sorting would force them to switch every time. You can switch to sorting by date.
In search along a route, the radius around each city you name determines which listings get into the results at all. Distance from the route is available as a separate sorting option; by default the list here, too, is sorted by price, as described above.
Company verification is a secondary factor. All else being equal, a verified company's listing stands higher. The reason: verified documents are the only signal available to us that costs something to the one who obtains it.
Vehicle profile. If a carrier has stated the body type, the weight and the volume of their vehicle, listings that do not fit are hidden by default. This is a visible toggle with a counter of hidden listings, not a silent filter.
Position in the results is not for sale. We take no money for bumping, highlighting or pinning a listing. Should such an option ever appear, its effect on the order will be described in this section before it is launched.
We publish no listings of our own and give no company any advantage that is not described here (Article 7 of the same Regulation).
10. Your content and our rights
Your listings and company data remain yours. By publishing them, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display them on the platform, in search results, in related notifications and in announcements about the service — exactly to the extent needed for the platform to work.
You confirm that you have the right to publish what you publish.
The rights to the platform itself, its code, design and name belong to us.
11. Restriction, suspension and termination of access
What we can do with a listing. Hide it, if it breaches section 6 or the law. We do not delete listings irreversibly — a hidden listing remains available to you.
What we can do with an account. Restrict or suspend access in the event of a gross or repeated breach — above all for circumventing paid access to contact details and for bulk exporting of data.
Statement of reasons. In each such case you receive a written explanation: what exactly happened, which rule we rely on and what can be done about it. The explanation is sent by email before the restriction takes effect or at the same time as it.
Termination of the contract on our initiative — with 30 days' notice, giving the reasons. We may act without notice only where the law so requires or where delay would cause immediate harm to other users or to the platform — for example, during an active export of the database.
Appeal. If you disagree, write to support@trasahub.com within 14 days. We will consider your submission and give a reply on the merits. If the decision turns out to have been wrong, we will restore access without undue delay.
Termination on your initiative — at any time, by deleting your account in your profile, with the consequences for the subscription set out in section 8.
12. Reports about other users' listings
Anyone may notify us of a listing they consider illegal or in breach of these rules: the "Report" button on the listing card, or an email to support@trasahub.com. The notice should include a link to the listing and an explanation of what the problem is.
We confirm receipt, consider the notice without undue delay and inform both the person who reported it and the author of the listing of the outcome. The decision is taken by a human, not automatically.
13. Your data after you stop using the service
For as long as the contract is in force, you can export the data of your profile and your company in a machine-readable format at any time.
After the subscription is cancelled, the account is kept, listings move to the archive, and access to contact details ends. After the account is deleted, data is deleted according to the rules of the Privacy Policy; the anonymised contact reveal log is retained — it is a trace of access to personal data, not data about you.
We do not pass your data to other users of the platform other than as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We do everything reasonable to keep it running without interruption, but we do not guarantee the absence of outages, errors or temporary unavailability — in particular those caused by failures at the contractors the service depends on.
We are not liable for the actions of users, for the content of their listings, for the performance or non-performance of the contracts concluded between them, for non-payment, for damaged or lost cargo, or for any losses arising from this.
Our aggregate liability on any ground is limited to the amount you have paid us over the last 3 months. This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow it — in particular in cases of intent and gross negligence on our part.
Force majeure — circumstances beyond control, including hostilities and outages of electricity and communications — releases us from liability for as long as they last.
15. Changes to these terms and conditions
We notify you of changes by email and in the interface no later than 15 days before they take effect. If the changes do not suit you, you may terminate the contract before that date. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means acceptance.
The notice period does not apply where a change is needed to comply with a legal requirement or to address an unforeseen security threat.
Changes have no retroactive effect.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes not settled through negotiation within 30 days are considered by the competent court of Ukraine at the place of registration of the service provider.
Nothing in this section deprives you of the right to go to court at the place of your own registration, where the mandatory rules of your country so provide.
17. Miscellaneous
The invalidity of an individual provision does not entail the invalidity of the rest of the contract. Section headings serve convenience and do not affect interpretation. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookies document, constitute the entire agreement between us.
