How it works
Search along the route
An ordinary freight exchange asks “from → to” and shows what sits between those two points. But a carrier driving from Gdańsk to Lviv has spare space on the way and will happily make a 50–80 km detour if the rate is worth it. That load never shows up in a “Gdańsk → Lviv” search.
So a route here is not two fields. It is the list of towns you actually drive through, each with its own radius:
The search returns loads that are picked up inside those radii and go further along your route. A Warsaw → Lublin load shows up, even though in a “Gdańsk → Lviv” search it would match neither the first point nor the last.
How the list is ordered
By price, by default
A carrier picks a trip by the money, and any other default would force a switch every single time. You can sort by date, by price per kilometre, and in route mode also by distance from the route.
Price per kilometre is always visible
Right next to the full amount for the trip. The number is approximate and marked with “≈”: we have no road-distance routing yet, so the distance is measured as the crow flies.
The date is there, but it is not the main currency
A listing here lives a week or two, not hours. The author confirms separately that the load is still available; the time of the last confirmation is visible right in the list, and a listing with no confirmation for seven days is archived automatically.
Verification is a secondary factor
All else being equal, a verified company's listing ranks higher. Checked documents are the only signal available to us that costs something to the party that earns it.
Position in the list is not for sale
We take no money for bumping, highlighting or pinning a listing. If such an option ever appears, its effect on the order will be described here before it launches.
What a listing must contain
The price is mandatory, no exceptions
There is no “price negotiable” here. That is exactly what separates a list you can compare from a board where half the listings say nothing about money and the carrier simply scrolls past them.
The price is the full amount for the trip
With an explicit currency: EUR, USD, UAH or PLN. Nothing is converted between currencies — rates move, and the price in a listing must mean exactly what it says.
Payment terms are visible up front
The author always states the payment method — bank transfer, cash or combined. Payment period and VAT are optional. All three are visible in the result list and available as filters.
Contacts
What a contact is
The author's phone number, the messenger marks on that number — Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram — and the author's name. A number without a name does half the job: you call and do not know whom to ask for.
The author's email is never given to anyone
It stays a login and the address for service email — and nothing else. On this market deals are made by voice, not by correspondence.
An unlocked contact is shared across the team
If a colleague has already unlocked this listing, it is unlocked for you — the company pays for it once.
You can see who unlocked your contacts
The “Contact views” log shows the company and the time. The phone and email of whoever looked are not there — otherwise the contact gate would work both ways for free.
Company and staff
Listings belong to the company, not to a person
Signing up creates both a personal profile and a company. Staff work under the company with their own logins, and the cargo stays in place even when a person leaves.
There are two permission levels
The owner manages every listing of the company, a manager manages their own. There will be no third level: privilege toggles complicate everything they touch.
